Digital, delivered instantly

Our ebooks are delivered to you immediately on purchase. Because of this, all sales are generally final once the file has been made available for download.

When we'll always refund you

• The file is faulty, corrupted, or won't open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You bought the wrong title by mistake and have not downloaded it.

In any of these cases, email us within 30 days and we'll fix the problem or refund you in full — no fuss.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law grants you a cancellation right for digital content, that right applies.
