Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of digital products (“ebooks”) from T.S. Baker Books (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

The literary works we sell are in the public domain. What you purchase is our specific digital edition — the typesetting, formatting, design, and packaging of the work as an EPUB file. The underlying text is freely available elsewhere, and we link to a free source on each book's page.

2. Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read our edition for your own use. You may keep personal backups. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our edition files.

3. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. After payment you will be shown a download link and sent the same link by email. Download links re-verify your purchase each time they are used.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Our editions are provided “as is.” If a file is faulty or fails to download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
