Withdraw from contract
You may cancel a purchase and get the full amount back, for any reason or none, within 14 days of buying it — even if you have already downloaded and read the book.
Open the receipt we emailed youand follow the “withdraw from this purchase” link. It takes one click and needs no password — the link itself identifies your order.
Can’t find it? Reply to any email from us, or write to us from the address you bought with, and we will withdraw the purchase by hand. We will not ask why.
Withdrawing returns the whole purchase price to the card you paid with; banks usually take a few working days to show it. Your download link stops working. Nothing here limits any additional rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
